Sin barba y con más pelo, Joan nos visita y le sorprendemos con revistas de fotografía por su pasado cumpleaños.
A cambio nos regala su imagen y yo, medio de soslayo por no arriesgarme a su negativa, virtualizo su foto para no olvidar el sublime evento.

Life's hard enough sometimes, for all of us.
By these days, there've beeen moments when feelling tired about the absence of tolerance and the egoism, I've said: One of my main purposes for the new year will be to be more....more open-mind, more generous with my space.
I'm strongly convinced that the "good mood" is contagious and that the butterfly effect exists...I won't let myself forget this, so let's be friendly for a happy new year.

Back on Madrid

One week has passed since our return. Our hollidays at Rob's were perfect, Dublin is a pretty city with grand people and we spended the most of the time doing things like to walk around the city to visit the National Museum, Trinity College Library and Malahide's Castle and village. We also have met friends like: Eoin and Linda, Vincent (Rob's brother), Paul (I missed seeing Liz who was in London), Anto, Mahony and Dave (with his snakes, a chilean spider, one lagart and his music).
We made many photos, so if you want to take a look...
Anyway...
It was brilliant as well to find the great child inside us...laught and shout out loud and to discover that for fun and friendship, the time hasn't passed by.

I'm in Ireland...in Dublin, 45 Foxhill avenue where our friend Rob lives.
Since past friday, we're passing nice days here with David. Everyone here is very friendly and they're doing their best to make us feel at home.
I've to work my pronunciation, my english grammar, my vocabulary and my knowledge about irish history. But anyway, I'm learning a lot and I love this feeling, you know...it gives sense to our trip.

ABOUT HISTORY:
At the main street of the center of Dublin, you can still see the bullets from the popular revolution that started the easter sunday the year 1916. It happened at O'Connell street, and the bullets are in the columns on the entrance of the building where the General Postal Office is. More about the civil war, at the wikipedia (like usual).
After the revolution, from November 1920 till July 1921, irish and british armys fought till irish soldiers obtain the liberty from England for their land. After the british-irish war, there was an ageement where Ireland will be declared free but they'd had to recognize the british crown as the leader of their own government and some of the irish people did not want to, and there was why it begans the conflict of the civil war that lasted until may 1923.

ABOUT THE WEATHER:
Is real weird...some times it is sunny even in winter, but suddenly it changes and becames rainy and really windy. Today I was walking with the wind on my back and didn't make an effort to walk down the street, while the wind was pushing me. I don't have pictures neither videos about that, but I'm gonna try to do some photos tomorrow. Anyway, I did some pictures yesterday's afternoon and I've posted them in my flickr account, so if you want to meet Rob, or to see me & my coffee you can.

Llegó la Loli de Chile, vino Pepe desde Burriana (Castellón-Valencia) y además, nos hizo muy buen tiempo. Todo se dió para que diésemos un par de vueltas por ahí: el parque del buen retiro el jueves 12 que fué festivo, Talamanca y Patones de arriba el sábado 14. Hay fotos en Flickr.

Pues la muy pava, me he dejado la "tarjeta telefónica" en la ofi y a las 00:35, pues ya no es hora para salir en pijama y con lluvia, a buscar dónde puedan venderme otra...mpppfff...

Es el cumpleaños de mi sobrina-prima Caro. Creo que el año que se le viene por delante es demasiado importante para ella. No, no puedo dejar de saludarle...de dejar en alguna parte plasmadas mis ganas de darle un gran abrazo lleno de buenas ondas, esperanzas y ganas de tenerle más cerca.
Las velitas de este año, llevarán deseos hiper especiales e intereses encontrados. Así sucede cuando se está a punto de dar grandes pasos...a lo mejor soy demasiado subjetiva, pero lo dudo. Con la web-cam, me hago una foto en este momento y con cara de sueño bien despeinado te deseo Carito querida, todo lo que tu más quieras...

La nostalgia en las buenas

Mi amiga Andi se nos casa...es una excelente noticia, no sólo porque es feliz sino porque se lo merece...ella y su novio son grandes personas.
Me encantaría estar con ella, este finde lo celebraba por todo lo alto. Era su cumple también.
La Carola Fuentes, otra amigui de la troupe, celebra su cumpleaños también con un feliz cambio de casa.
Total...qué ganas me han dado de ir a Chile, de que Santiago quedase más cerca de Madrid...pero sería perfecto y a lo mejor perdería el encanto de la nostalgia, la posibilidad de darte cuenta de que eres feliz no por el suelo que pisas sino por la gente que te rodea tanto cerca como en la lejanía.
He publicado otro video en youtube, le he cogido ya el gustillo ese y me pareció la manera más gráfica y cercana de expresar la ilusión y felicidad que siento al ver que la gente alcanza nuevas metas.

Lo he hecho hoy fomingo por la tarde... a ver qué os parece la mansión de 40m2.
El tamaño del corazón es inversamente proporcional al de la casa por lo que, sin importar "apiñe" se reciben visitas con sonrisa y todo.

No lo recuerdo. No recuerdo mi nombre de usuario de la antigua cuenta de blogger...obligada a crear un blog nuevo donde volver a postear mis cosas.
Mucho tiempo sin internet en casa, demasiados cambios y bueh! será algún buen augurio el tener que comenzar algo nuevo.
Lo primero que he hecho ha sido subir algunas fotos en flick. Son de las vacaciones en Portugal, con David y una pareja que conocimos según acampamos en Cascais los primeros días. Nos caímos bien y seguimos todas las vacaciones juntos. Son Bea y Asier y están en muchas de mis fotos.
